Foshan Nova Silicones is pleased to announce a major factory expansion at our headquarters in the Greater Bay Area.

New Production Lines

The expansion adds 5 new temperature-controlled reactors, increasing our monthly production capacity to over 2,800 tons. This upgrade enables us to meet growing global demand for:

• Dimethyl Silicone Oil
• Vinyl Silicone Oil
• 107 Silicone Rubber

Enhanced Quality Control

Alongside the expansion, we have upgraded our laboratory with US-sourced high-precision analytical instruments capable of 0.1ppm-level detection. Our quality team now conducts over 15 inspection stages per batch.
