Applications
Dimethyl silicone oil is a colorless, odorless and non-toxic silicone material with physiological inertness and excellent weather resistance. It features adjustable viscosity from 5 to 1,000,000 cSt, low freezing point, high flash point, strong hydrophobicity and good shear resistance, and can be used continuously at -50~180℃.
· Industrial field: Used as high-temperature mechanical lubricant, precision equipment sealant and efficient plastic/rubber mold release agent.
· Electronics field: Applied in PCB insulation, electronic component moisture-proof treatment and LED encapsulation.
· Daily chemicals: Added to skin care products for moisturizing, used for leather waterproof/softening and hair care smoothing.
· Medical grade: Medical-grade products serve as gastrointestinal defoamers, medical catheter lubricants and medical device coating auxiliaries.
· Other Applications: FDA-compliant food processing defoamer, industrial heat transfer fluid and coating additive.
Its excellent broad temperature adaptability and stable performance meet the weather resistance and safety requirements of materials across various industries.
