Applications
Vinyl silicone oil is a colorless, transparent, non-toxic, odorless liquid free of mechanical impurities. It has low vapor pressure, high flash point (≥300℃), ignition point and a freezing point of -50℃, maintaining stability in extreme temperatures, inhibiting volatilization and ensuring long-term performance. Its terminal vinyl groups undergo addition reactions with active hydrogen-containing compounds or crosslink into silicone elastomers under peroxide catalysis, with no low-molecular by-products and a volume change rate ＜1% for excellent molding precision.
· Rubber field: Suitable as a base material for high-temperature vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber and a raw material for liquid silicone rubber (LSR).
· Plastics field: Used as a plastic modifier to improve product performance.
· Electronics field: Applied in the production of electronic potting compounds.
· Daily chemicals field: Used for cosmetic emulsifying thickening and release agent production.
· Other Applications: Applied in coating production and widely used in rubber, electronics, daily chemicals and other fields.
With its excellent temperature resistance and weather resistance, it fully meets the application requirements of various industries and has broad application prospects.

Packaging
Standard Packaging: Available in 200 kg net steel drums or 1,000 kg net IBCs. Custom packaging options are available upon request.
Storage
Store in the original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area. Under recommended storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. Please refer to the product label for the expiration date.
Transportation
This product is classified as a non-hazardous chemical and may be transported as general cargo. During transportation, protect the product from moisture, rain and direct sunlight, and avoid contamination with acids, alkalis or other foreign substances.
